I watch everyone trying to deal with difficult situations. In the end they will always get by, it might not be easy but it works well. Try hard and live long!

In 2004 I did a movie presentation on child soldiers and it had turned out extremely well. I am so grateful for my teacher to have given me that project. She made me realize that I was not the only human on this earth. Children my age and younger are taken from their family, stripped from their education and forced into war. Everyday children's rights are being neglected. This will be stopped.

Communication is key. A good leader listens and cares about everyone's wants and needs. In my opinion a good leader should be respectful and understanding. They should take the time and investigate problems and situations they might encounter. Relate to the public and you are a good leader.
